I found the laser cafe when researching laser hair removal treatments and with the stellar reviews and great customer service I received, I made my appointment. I've been getting laser hair removal done for 6 months now and this place has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful and the nurses are thorough with the treatment. The office is clean and welcoming as well. I definitely plan to get additional laser treatments done here because I am so impressed with the service I have received. I can't praise the Laser Cafe enough.

This was my first time doing laser hair removal and I did it for my underarms and full Brazilian. I just finished my last session and let me just tell you how amazing this place was! They were so kind and sweet and always made sure I was comfortable during the treatments! The results are amazing and I will definitely be coming back for any other laser removal I need to get! 5 stars all around!

Love the atmosphere inside, feels welcoming and warming. Schedule reminders are helpful as well. All the staff has been very pleasant to work with. I feel like part of the family there unlike my previous experience at another establishment where I just felt like a number.

This is the first time receiving laser hair removal and it was so easy with the laser cafe. Staff in the front desk/ phone are so professional. They walk you through the process and make you feel really comfortable knowing what to expect. It is not as painful as I expected. Similar to a mild rubber band snap. The facility is incredibly clean and I feel they've done a great job with COVID precautions. I loved my RN Aubrey! She does an incredible job and always remembers my preferences for my next appointment. I would highly recommend The Laser Cafe!

First time getting laser hair removal and they’ve made me feel so comfortable getting acclimated to the process. My first appointment may have been a bit painful, but by the second one they modified the process to make me feel more comfortable and it was painless! Seen great results so far!

So relieved that I found this place! I decided to go with the Laser Cafe because of the flexibility that it offered me financially and based on the countless positive reviews. The Laser Cafe's customer service is so great, they helped me throughout the entire process and made me feel at ease since I am new to everything! I joined as a member for $29 a month and I am already looking forward to the services that it offers me! Can't wait to go through this process with the Laser Cafe!

I had a fantastic experience here! Every member of the staff was so nice. They asked my preferred name and pronouns right away and there was virtually no wait. This was my first experience with laser hair removal and every thing was explained really well. Facilities were spotless and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know for laser. Love it!

This clinic is great at following COVID protocols, the service is impecable, and the results are second to none. I’ve been to a number of clinics and they don’t even come close. No wonder it’s rated #1 in San Diego. 5 stars all across. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
